In light of recent events, we’d like to stress that LYOPAY is a group of companies and cannot always monitor or control how individuals promote our brand. Nevertheless, we are taking the necessary legal steps against such individuals to remedy this situation immediately.
We additionally want to assure that we never intentionally promote or operate in a country without a valid license. When planning to expand our business, we always seek appropriate licenses that align with our operational requirements.
Primarily, we have hired a reputable law firm with extensive experience in the Digital Asset industry to communicate with the financial regulator and take necessary legal action(s) against individuals or groups who have carried out unauthorized promotional activities in the name of LYOPAY.
